GOAT HUNT

The Height of the Rockies Adventure CO. (2014) LTD is allocated Goat tags from the government to use for our clients.

The goat populations is strong with numerous Billy’s in the 9-inch range and a 2025 Boone & Crockett goat.

The Season is from September 10 to November 30th. Most goat hunting is from our Tipperary Outpost Cabin, deep into the mountainous Height of the Rockies Park.

Hunting will be done by horseback, spotting and climbing. Please do not book this hunt unless you are fit and can hike up.

ACCOMODATIONS

• Two back country cabins, Each cabin sleeps maximum of six.  Access by horseback.

• Tent camps on occasion, access by horseback.

A combination hunt with elk or moose can be arranged. Contact for information and prices.

Tags and Licenses are extra plus a 5% GST tax

Note: You need to be in good shape to hunt goats in the Rocky Mountains. Big goats are there for the taking but there is some climbing involved.
